Srinagar, Jan 28:
Shopkeepers of Zarab Khana cut in Saraf Kadal locality of Shaher-e-Khaas who
were affected by road widening there, have expressed strong resentment over
inordinate delay in their rehabilitation.
In a statement, the affected
shopkeepers through Budshah Construction Committee said they were forced to
vacate their decades old shops to pave way for road
widening.
“Authorities had promised rehabilitate us following the HlC
decision dated 171,172,182 on April 30, 2012. Despite passing of over a decade
nothing has been done so far. We make a fervent appeal to CM to intervene into
the matter.
