Jammu, Feb 2 : Anm occupied Jammu
and Kashmir government employee allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself
from a ceiling fan at his office in Samba district, about 32 kms from
here.
Kartar Chand, an employee of state Animal Husbandry department,
hanged himself from ceiling fan at his office in Vijaypur area of Samba
district, a senior police officer said.
The reason which prompted
Chand to take the extreme step was yet to be ascertained, he said.
A case
has been registered and the matter is being probed further, police
said.
